3 lbs. Corned Beef Brisket

1 SAVU Hickory Smoker Bag

If cooking in the oven: Lower the rack to the lowest position, and preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

If cooking on the grill: Adjust the grill rack to 2-5 inches above the heat source and preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. The flames should not touch the bag.

Remove most of the fat from the brisket and place the brisket fat side up in the smoker bag. Seal per manufacturer instructions.

Place smoker bag in the oven or on the grill and cook 18 minutes. Reduce the heat to 235 degrees and cook for 5 hours. Remove the bag from the heat source, allow to sit for 5 minutes before opening the bag. Enjoy!
